sounds like Ur suffering from classic social anxiety, although nausea is indeed a rare but established symptom of extreme anxiety and distress. What you suffer from is indeed a very common and in most cases treatable condition. Your response to vyvanse (dextroamphetamine) is not atypical, as amphetamines (esp the d-isomer) can often have a prosocial, confidence-boosting effect.

My advice: see a psychiatrist and get a script for it if it truly helps you. But if your nausea/anxiety is limited to social situations like parties then perhaps a benzo as needed would work as well.
