Geodon has a realy short half life, 7 hours, so you would have to space out the doses. 4 hours is probably when the med is at its strongest, it takes 3 hours to kick in. Maybe you should call your doctor and tell them that the increased dose is too strong and you would like to stay at the previous dose.
