Maybe you should call your doctor and tell them that the increased dose is too strong and you would like to stay at the previous dose.
I'm staying at 80mgs still for now, but I was supposed to go up to 120 a few days ago. I'm still getting tired after the morning dose, I rarely drink coffee now I'm having a double espresso before lunch which helps, but it's funny I don't feel the caffeine "buzz" at all where as before I would be bouncing of the walls.I think I'll add the second 40mg at night and see what happens.
The tired/drowsy feeling is the only side effect I am having so far. It's frustrating because the med is working for me but if this doesn't go away in another week I might have to try something else.
