I'm staying at 80mgs still for now, but I was supposed to go up to 120 a few days ago. I'm still getting tired after the morning dose, I rarely drink coffee now I'm having a double espresso before lunch which helps, but it's funny I don't feel the caffeine "buzz" at all where as before I would be bouncing of the walls.

I think I'll add the second 40mg at night and see what happens.

The tired/drowsy feeling is the only side effect I am having so far. It's frustrating because the med is working for me but if this doesn't go away in another week I might have to try something else.

Supplementation: Fish Oil, B Vitamins, Exercise
