Should I take the advice of Dr. Gillman?

He suggests I add 25mg. Nortriptyline to my present 10mg. paxil and 100mg. sertraline. Obviously I am not his patient as he is in Australia but he thinks it would be safe to take the small amount of Nortrip. with the SSRI's because I've had such a heck of a time coming down from paxil. He said I should be able to do that no problem once on the Nortrip? I can't seem to get a doc to prescribe it here (Washington state). Well I've only asked one but he hasn't gotten back to me and I hate to keep jumpng around from doc to doc. I've seen three P-Docs in the last 4 or so months.

Have taken paxil for 13 years. Is no longer working. My own diagnosis is depression. Have tried Lamictal, Wellbutrin and Now Zoloft all with the 10mg. paxil.
