No it shouldn't be that hard to come off of but for me it is. I have done some pretty slow tapers and have had to go back on. It sucks. It's not unheard of though. Check out Paxil Progress and you'll find lots of people that have protracted withdrawls and lots that are tapering extremely slowly like over a couple of years.

Have taken paxil for 13 years. Is no longer working. My own diagnosis is depression. Have tried Lamictal, Wellbutrin and Now Zoloft all with the 10mg. paxil.
