Sleep deprivation combined with consecutive sleep phase advance as a fast-acting therapy in depression: an open pilot trial in medicated and unmedicated patients.

I'm going to try it starting tonight. I'm between jobs and have the time to experiment so why not...
The entire process is supposed to take one week. Wish me luck! I will keep you posted on the results...
Should this be posted on the Alternative Board? I think this treatment is sort of main-stream isn't it?
