it is most likely propranolol but celexa could contribute too. A betablocker isn't the greatest substance for depression. nadolol is structurally almost the same like propranolol but hydrophil.
a tiny dosage of nadolol say 5mg a day could do the same like propranolol. It works the whole day. Betablockers do have similar sideeffects but they aren't all the same.

nadolol can cause dry eyes (better no contact lenses), tiredness like other nonselective agents.

there are some reasons for orthostatic hypotension.
