It's not unhealthy to increase sodium if your blood pressure is low. The only unhealthy thing about salt is it can make your blood pressure too high. When I was taking parnate and perphenizine together, my blood pressure would drop to 60/40 and I'd stuff myself with saltine crackers and water to get it back to normal again. So salt is ok if you have hypotension.
