not really my friend //your exersize routine is average. i take meds an live with depression all my life //not as you brought on by mistaken medication. that should right itself if d toxed,a couch potato no way buddy //i have arthritis in both knees// yet 5 days a week, i ride my mountain bike 10miles a day// or walk 7 miles aday aided by massive dose of ibrufren//2 days fishing ,inbetween walking my dogs..i go for a couple of pints every day to socilize with my buddies,important theropy,,eat what i like ,no sugar im with you on that one///but salt man i love my salt on food,//,im not saying it dont work for you,,// but to me your way of liveing would make me more depressed just my opinion nobody else,s
