It has been three years since I posted here, but I just decided to drop in. I almost forgot about the place. This site gave me a lot of hope an information when I posted here.
I'll spare you the details, but I've been in remission from what my final doctor thought was some sort of weird dysthymia or a form of negative schizophrenia going on five years now. The diagnosis was probably more along the lines of dysthymia with illegal drug use mixed in which made me crazier and bad side effects from the medicines they were giving me to try and help.
I finally hit the jackpot when I discussed Solian (amisulpride) with my doctor. My doc helped me order it, and when I hit my correct dosage I knew it was the magic bullet. That is the only drug I take now....only a tiny little piece I cut off a 200mg pill.
It turned my life around in the other direction. I am unemployed now due to the economic times, but I am going back to college to get another degree in petroleum engineering and make some bank! I run about 40 miles a week, eat healthy, don't drink alcohol or do drugs, no caffeine, and eat very little sugar. I contribute the following to my well-being also.
I hope everyone gets better. Keep trying! The answer is out there!
