Whenever I start to feel really better from depression I usually wake up confused about what time / year it is.
My memory feels like it jumps back in time about 5 or 10 years. For instance, I wake up thinking that my dog (which has been dead for 10 years) is alive. When I walk down the steps I keep thinking I will see the house as it was 10 years back (ie old renovations etc).
Its like this trippy jump back in time but I feel more in touch with who I was.
Does anyone else have this - the feeling that I drug takes you back to feel like you're living in an older era - perhaps a time when you were less depressed.
