I don't have any advice for your situation, but I wanted to welcome you to Psycho-Babble. There are a lot of really knowledgeable people on this board. I hope someone will give you some feedback.
Heat intolerance sounds like a pretty dangerous side effect though. I hope you find some way mitigate that side effect.
