I found Paxil to be a an anxiety enhancer myself.
Other ADs might be less so.
If you are having all that fear you might want to ask your doctor to rethink your meds
That said, the only experience I had with Buspar is that it pulled me out of a high anxiety constant. If you have jelly legs perhaps the buspar dose is too high?
