Your Paxil may have just pooped out on you. Maybe discuss with your doc about switching over to Zoloft, Celexa, Lexapro, etc...it's not bad switching over. I've had to do it many times. I've never been on buspar tho..so can't comment. I'm not sure what kind of track record it has. I know it didn't help my brother, but everyone is different.
I'm sorry you feel so awful. Keep letting your doctor know your badly you're feeling. You shouldn't have to suffer this much, especially if the dreaded poop out has happened.
Keep posting..you're not alone.
