Taking an MAOI and ritalin together is contraindicated, but it can be done. I took Parnate with Adderall with no ill effects. I have research studies that show the efficacy of taking a stimulant with a MAOI. The only problem is that your new pdoc may not want you to be on both at the same time (hopefully he/she will)
