Your rationale for substituting Zyprexa with nortriptyline makes a lot of sense.

Interestingly, I gleaned a brief antidepressant response to all of the atypicals I tried except for Seroquel. Seroquel is the one drug in this class that does not antagonize 5-HT2c receptors.
