Sounds like a very peaceful place to be in to me ;) But I understand. You have things you need to do, and motivation is important.

I felt the same when I first started Zoloft. I sat, peaceful and happy, in front of the TV for hours on end. It was a little *too* peaceful. My mom said I sounded "drugged."

But it wasn't depression. And it sounds like you aren't depressed either, if you're happy.

Sometimes depression and anxiety can be extremely motivating because you do a lot to escape how you feel. Then it feels like you're much less productive once your depression goes away. That's what happened to me, anyway.

Maybe you can work on scheduling, writing lists, other time management stuff? Sounds like otherwise, your meds are doing you some good.
