Well I take buspirone for anxiety, 60 mg., that's all right now. I have tried stimulants lately, but had to quit after 2 months of trials. I do have some ADD symptoms as well.
I had a real bad depression & PTSD years ago, I think 8 years ago, and ever since I've had anxiety attacks. I've stayed off meds for months at a time, but anxiety seems to keep returning.
After taking xxRIs most recently, I lost my motivation. I took Zoloft then Zoloft plus Wellbutrin from about Sept. to Dec. last year (because anxiety returned in Sept.), until my motivation bottomed out, I felt incredibly miserable, they made me depressed, so I quit taking them. Anxiety returned after I quit in, I think, January.
I've never had these motivational issues before. It's kind of scary.
