busprione and breathing difficulties

All the journal articles i read stated Buspirone regulates/improves breathing irregularities as a 5-HT1A agonist.
Can it have the opposite effect? I feel like my breathing is all messed up and that is initiating anxiety attacks. I feel like I have asthma all of the sudden and this choking feeling and tightness in chest. i haven't taken the Adderall in 2 days, but starting getting panic/anxiety attacks again before that, so I'm thinking it might be the busprione.
