Wow. That's some pretty big news.

As was said, it is too bad that gepirone was shot down by the FDA. There is a drug called flesinoxan that is a partial agonist at 5-HT1a receptors. I like this drug because, unlike gepirone, it is not metabolized into a NE alpha-2 receptor antagonist. Two such antagonists made my depression worse.
