Id be interested in those who are taking Seroquel how Seroquel XR works out.
Its a plan on the table to drop in a 400mg XR in place of my regular Seroquel, yet one more drug trial, just a thought as to whether it smooths out the peaks and valleys of plasma level and provides more relief throughout the day.
It is known though that for practically every patient on regular Seroquel, the 6 hour half life is not an issue and single night dosing is the norm.
