Thanks so much for your response!! You have made me feel so hopeful.
Right now I am on 10mg and am so disappointed that it is making me even more sleepy when my doctor had painted such a promising picture of it.
Now, thanks to your post I feel that he will probably be able to get a response from me by increasing the dose.
Any idea if there is some published data on this dose related effect? Most sites and papers just concentrate on the diet problems and very little on anything else. This is the last drug left for me (as I have tried everything) and the rule tends to be 'if it can sedate, it will'Sometimes I need to show my pdoc 'evidence' that a certain reaction is possible because he gets so flabagasted by some of my drug reactions! Thanks again
Best, D> I was on it recently. low dose made me very drowsy, 30mg became activating for me in a major way. I tend to need lower doses than the majority so you may need something higher than 30mg before it becomes energising.
