Hello,
I have just been started on Parnate for severe exhausted depression associate with bipolar 1. I have tried everything with no success.
Parnate is supposed to be activating but I am not feeling activated rather I'm drowsy. I am on a very low dose slowly titrating upwards and though my depression has lifted my sleepiness is still bad (maybe worse, cant tell).
I read somewhere that some unlucky people get sleepy on Parnate instead of energetic. But I also read that Parnate doesnt become stimulating until a rather high dose is reached.
Does anyone have any experience? What dose are most people on?
