When I first read your post I thought "What would I give up to never feel hopeless and worthless again?" Just about anything.
But this is about side effects so,
I could happily tolerate tremor, bruxism, anorgasmia, nausea, some cognitive problems, moderate weight gain, stuffy nose, sleepiness, migraine, other superficial things.
I would have to draw the line at life-threating complications like diabetes, cardiac problems, liver function.
Seldom.
