Hi Phillipa, hmm tough one. It's different than benzos...for me benzos are like a nice lil relaxing drop down into sleep where traz feels more like a high dose sedative antihistamine...just slows everything down, movement, thinking...a crashing kind of feel until your out like a light. It's not a relaxing drop into sleep to me anyway. Now the quality of sleep for me is good...seems to promote good rem or restful sleep...ive always felt well rested when i wake up after my head clears from it (after the first few days of groggyness).
