The symptoms you describe looks more like orthostatic hypotension...mean LOW blood pressure...
One good trick to know if you have hypotersion blood pressure is to calculate your heart pulse...some people will tell you that's pulse rate is not related to the blood pressure but that's not true...Take it with 2 fingers on the back of your left wrist, at the base of your left hand....calculate the pulse rate you have in 15 seconds....take the number and multiplied it by 4...if your pulse rate is under 60...and you can feel your heart beat really strong...that's mean you have high blood pressure... Sometimes also an strange headache who start from the neck is also present...but in my case I always have headache so I cannot figure out if it was related to high blood pressure or not...
Anyway...all your symptoms looks like it's orthostatic hypotension problems...tinnitus, dizness, faint...that's look a lot like hypotension, not hypertension...
The only thing to avoid is cheese, soy product not fresh and old meat or leftover in the fridge...I never take any chance with them...but whey protein, even with l-tyrosine, are not dangerous...since they not involve a process with bacterias...so it cannot transform in the system in tyramine...
The best way to be sure your proteine powder is safe is to take one brand with only whey protein inside, no addition of booster or creatine or any unnecessary amino acid inside...and avoid also things like Red Bull or too much coffee...
That's my only advise...the tyramine free diet is now very simple to follow...I Remember than on the Nardil, I was able to drink Tap beer without any side-effect on my blood pressure or anything else...Wine was also ok...red or white... but anyway I don't recommend alcohol on any drugs cause it can be dangerous...
Well, I hope everything is fine with you...take care of you and also don't do like me and try to focus on anything else than the side-effects...
On my next try on the Nardil or the Marplan, I will just take my pills and forget them... Since you are on the Parnate, I understand you...some people like me have intolerable heart issue problems on it...maybe because it play more on the NE, epinephrine ...and less on the SE...Nardil and Marplan seem to affect less epinephrine and norepinephrine but play more a key role on the Serotonin, the dopamine and also have a gaba-b effect who help to be less activating and help more with the anxiety...Nardil cause more weight gain with some people as well as causing more sexual effects...but in my case, I loose weight on the Nardil and gain weight on the Parnate and I never had any sexual problem on the Nardil...Anyway, i'm not a Doctor or a Pharmacist...that's what I think...it's my own experience...it may vary with others users of these drugs!!! ;-)
