I don't think dizziness is a hypertension side effect, is it? Tyramine can only make your blood pressure possibly go up. Are you sure this is what's happening?
L-Tyrosine does not equal Tyramine in terms of your body seeing it. AFAIK, it's only excreted as Tyramine.
