Hi Jade!
Opps, I never notice this message before now... Ok, so you are treatment depression resistant...so mean that you try almost anything to help you before...Yeah, sometimes life is not easy and it's not easy to also cope with life events, bads or goods...I hope one day you will be able to recover from all what happen ;-)

For the blood pressure...I'm sure everything will be fine soon...I think the fact that it's go more high at the evening time is because it's the time where I do the most things...Get out of the house and move more...so more anxiety and panic disorder about my blood pressure .

The Parnate seem to help a little bit on my social phobia, not on all sides of it, I do have social phobia, depending where I go, but I can do more things alone than before.

The Parnate don't seem now to do anything on my depress mood or on my energy level (I always want to sleep at daytime, except in the morning) and don't help with the panic disorder also.

If I can find the right dosage to keep me awake at daytime, maybe I will get more motivation to move my *ss during the day and do more things...For now my sleep at night time is around 6-8 hours, I never sleep like that since a while, but I continue to stay sleepy in the day, especially in the afternoon...and I need A LOT of motivation to move my *ss at the end of the afternoon and take my shower and find some energy to get out the house...That's the main problem for now...

I'm sure a more high dose will help but I have to wait at 40mg for a couple of weeks...I don't want to increase too fast for now. I will don't give up until I reach the good dosage. For now I will continue do sleep in the afternoon like I always do since a while anyway.

I don't have others solution after the Parnate. Marplan is not avaible in Canada, Manerix don't work at all, cymbalta seem to be an Effexor-XR nothing more good for me and I can't take XR drugs anyway...The new Pristiq is not already avaible in Canada and nothing new in the air for others drugs except one antipsychotic that I never try before, the Ziprasidone (Geodon)...but i'm not sure if it can help...I also never try the addition of Lamictal or Lithium with my AD's...maybe it can be a good solution...

Anyway, that's another topic...have a nice day ;-)
