Linkadge, I have found that techniques similar to these, have benefitted me so much more than meds for this kind of problem.
Other disorders I have suffered from in the past and present need meds, maybe this might too. I hope you speak to someone about it soon because it can get very, very out of hand quite quickly and be quite dangerous. C
