When my depression has peeked, and my anxiety is cheering on those low's? My mind can't control the offending ruminations, hell is but a thought away? If you can relate Link, then yes, I get those insulting thoughts. That's when I lean on my wife for support, and an extra dose of clonazepam. When I'm battling my inner thoughts, it's like I have a body double hovering around me like a vulture, seeing how far he can push me??
And no, I have never been diagnosed with pyschosis, atypical or other, just good ole depression and anxiety, better known as bipolar 2.
My wife is always right, "it will pass, hang in there, you've battled through it before". She is always right..... you hang in there too, Link.

Regards, Rick
