jade , i think you read it wrong, and i wrote it wrong or whatever. i mean im not tappering of the loz till i get some effect from zoloft. when i go to the hospital in dec i will still be on the 4. i will wait to see the shrinks plan.the C.B.T . starts jan. i dont want to feel like a sack of sh*t doing cbt that wont help anyone. if he stops the loz an the zoloft dont work im screwed . so i will say forget the cbt if thats your plan as i will no nothing on whats going on anyway. im going to the gp to explain that next tues to see if he will overule the shrink if needs must,loz an valium are about your limit hear for anxiety an valium to me is no go it just depress,s me more.also with christmas looming my grandkids an family need me.shorly even the dumbest shrink can see that.i need to be strong for them . hey i have been hear many times its just another day in the battle ,manic666
