Cowan very helpful post. One of the ladies has heart disease, diabetes, forget what else and other pain meds pooped out on her it took over a week for the fentynl patch to work. The other one has chronic shoulder and backpain. I have backpain also but just go with it. And you are correct about the valium dose. Think klonopin is any better seriously as seems the docs like it?
