hello, lithium did nothing at for me anxietty or depression an i like you have tried most meds , lithium if bipola is ok, but anxeity is it worth it the blood tests all the time , cybalta is ok for depression i take that, but i have bad anxeity but i dont risk depression i just battle out anxeity if a benzo works an you only take it on attacks stay with that. i no witch of the two are worse an i can pass out with anxiety. but depression takes your soul, mind, an body,so think about it. mannic 666
