just about every aussie kid I know was dosed with phenergan at some stage in their childhood for multiple reasons such as motion sickness, sleep, hives and allergies. I don't think there are many houses in OZ that don't have a bottle of it on hand for their kidz. It has a wide range of uses. Especially bee stings because it's so fast acting in liquid form.

You do get a Q&A session from the chemist when you buy it these days though.
