yes I have, I was given it years ago for migraines, and more recently as an antiemetic for opiate base drugs due to nausea. I didn't find it fantastic for sleep though.
It does make you drowsy but I never gained a great nights sleep from it.

Older style antihistamines like Promethazine hydrochloride, worked much better for me re sleep. So does Doxylamine Succinate and Dexchlorpheniramine maleate. I think some of those drugs have minor AP properties but you'll have to check. They are all over the counter here, but strong and effective for sleep. Sorry about using the medical names but the drugs might have different brand names in your country. Good luck. C
