Listen, I have a soft form of bipolar and in my low periods, I could not concentrate, very foggy minded and would sleep alot and the simple things like taking a shower, etc.. were an effort. Without a mood stabilizer I would have anxiety, anger, sleep very poor, etc... I suggest you read a good book too, "Why Your Depression Isin't Getting Better"
