Fiber doesn't work for everyone. If I take any of the fiber products, it sets up like concrete in my gut and makes things worse. Takes a "keg of dynamite" break it loose. I have tried a bunch of them, and get the same reaction. It does not increase peristolic action of the intestine, so it just sits there.
