Hey--
I understand your frustration. It's true we are "guinea pigs," and the only way to go is to take charge of our own experimentation--so to speak.Just as a caveat, I've experienced worse reactions on natural supplements than I have on "unnatural" meds. samE made me manic. St. John's Wort didn't work at all (no matter how much I took).
It is a different road for each of us, and it will be a lot better once neuroscience catches up to the drugs being peddled out there.
