I agree with bleauberry. I had only 7 ECT treatments right unilateral. Was over a year ago. I am still having short term memory problems and problems with orientation. I can't remember new things I read one day later. I also can't find my way from point a to point b. I have word finding problems, and my spelling stinks now. Thanks to spell check, I usually don't seem that bad.
I reasearched thoroughly and even did it only two days per week rather than the standard three times per week. I would never do it again.
I am on Parnate now, and it works great for me.
