Hi Linkadge, I don't get this exactly. Melatonin is a depressogenic while low doses of mirtazapine only acts as a powerful antihistamine. Cyproheptadine (periactin) is also found to be depressogenic. How the combination mimics agomelatine? I have such an enthusiasm on agomelatine, but if what you suggest is the true thing, I am afraid there would be nothing to hope for...
