> I was initally put on Vyvanse which i posted is very unique, it takes an hour to start working, i have to take it before i get work.

> The reason being i just notice less effects, its not noticeable, you get a feeling of "focus" and clear thoughts, but not any kind of "rush" aka Adderall, dexedrine.

> But tommorow, its either the dose is upped to 100mg. Or going to back to dexedrine.
>If the medication is helping with focus, and you're not getting a rush, that kinda defines "working," for many of us. What exactly are you looking for? What would you define as "working" for you?
If you're looking for a rush, it may be that you're looking for something other than an appropriate response to the medication. In fact, it would sound to me as though you're looking to get high, you know?
Good luck wtih the doctor today.
