I seem to recall reading a couple case reports about Abilify being added to ongoing Zyprexa treatment for treatment resistant cases and (I think) tardive dyskinesia...it worked for both indications, so I guess if you have really severe psychotic problems it might be a good way to go. Otherwise, I dunno; it seems like a lot of $$$ and potential side effects if you don't have some kind of intense problem.
