Personal opinion, I find armchair quarterbacking of psych drugs interesting but rather fruitless in what actually ends up working. Is there any rationale or evidence for a particular combination? Doesn't matter.

As one example, in one case report pramipexole (a dopamine agonist) was added to zyprexa (dopamine antagonist) with added benefits to the patient that did not defeat what zyprexa was doing. Both drugs helped, and should have apparently cancelled each other out, but did not.
