I only tried that once, to check if there was a rapid antidepressive effect, but such an effect was not highly apparent. I was taking the usual methylphenidate + modafinil at the time, so as I expected, that combination seems relatively safe with MAO inhibition. I probably will not pursue MAOIs further for some time, as I'm getting ready to try memantine.
