Can't you change doctors or get in to see another one? If you are really stuck, Benzodiazepines are available from online chemists. Just be sure that the one you go to is reputable - do a bit of research on the net before you buy. You could also go to a chemist that offers an online consultation and get a private prescription.I'd definitely recommend Benzos to you... I think they would be ideal (and very helpful) for the situation you have described.
