I know you're not supposed to consume large amounts of coffee, but I have at least 5 cups a day (strong, as I grind my own beans), spaced out during the day..I wonder if a strong cup of java or two in the afternoon might help your fatigue..might be worth trying..

Would it make sense to not drink coffee on weekends when I'm not at work and don't need to function as highly in order to not develop a caffeine tolerance. And finally, what about jitteriness or depressed feelings when coming down off of the caffeine?

I've been on Nardil since the end of September 07. I started with 45 mg and went up to 60 mg roughly 2 1/2 -3 weeks ago (I can't really remember)..I don't get the jitteriness from coffee anymore and I don't feel the need to drink more. Sometimes I think man, I'd like a coffee now, but if it's in the evening I don't drink it, as I have enough trouble sleeping..I feel no depressed feelings afterwards..

Parnate was worse for daytime fatigue..I don't find Nardil that way..but maybe it's the coffee! I love my java..but if you've never been a coffee drinker, start with a weak brew..mine would raise the hair on your head!

Just remember, once you develop a taste for it..you're hooked!
