Yes, my short term memory is weird on Nardil. I repeat myself or rephrase sentences, not because I'm forgetting what I've already said, but because I lose track of what I'm saying half way through sentences and have to stop and think and then start again. It could just be the insomnia or it could be the Nardil. It's not constant, and it doesn't bother me. No one has mentioned to me that I'm doing it, but maybe I should ask...

As for the loss of energy, I find I have way more during the morning and early afternoon, and then I'm a bit tired in the late afternoon and evening. But I'm not tired all the time.

The dose increases didn't make these things worse after 60mg. That's where side effects peaked, receded, and have stayed the same even at 90 now.

My only suggestion is to try backing down on the dose for a week or two and seeing if side effects improve, but effectiveness is retained.
