Thanks for the returned greeting. I was wondering if you were on some kind of alternative program now that you've managed to wean yourself from the meds.By that I mean some kind of targeted therapy, meditation, exercise, diet, those sorts of things.
Since the OCD is decreasing, whatever you're doing is the right thing in that respect.
