I think it makes sense to discuss this with your doctor because he/she has all information available.

sertindole is on the list of drugs causing problems concerning electical propagation in the heart muscle. You can see things with an ekg but there are other instruments eg. doppler to find out what the matter is.

IMO please be carefully.
