EKG synus tachardia and left atrial abnormality
did an EKG of my heart today
this is what came up,
and today i have to take Sertindole
is this wise? : (

were you having cardiac symptoms and that is what led you to have an EKG?
Is this your first EKG?
These tests can be tricky sometimes, especially if it was your first EKG. Usually what is most significant is a change in the EKG.
Is your heart rate elevated all the time, or is it intermittent?
However, Since arrhythmia led to sertindole being voluntarily withdrawn from some markets, I would contact your doc ASAP.

all my previous EKG were normal, im not on sertindole yet, my doc wants to investigate and play it safe

> is this wise? : (I think it makes sense to discuss this with your doctor because he/she has all information available.
sertindole is on the list of drugs causing problems concerning electical propagation in the heart muscle. You can see things with an ekg but there are other instruments eg. doppler to find out what the matter is.
IMO please be carefully.
